Event Description:
the Hannibal Arts Council invites you to dive into the world of paper quilling with their exciting new art series, The Studio.  Join them for a fun and creative evening led by local artist and arts educator, Becky Evans.  
This is a hands-on workshop and will guide you through the art of paper quilling, where participants will create their own unique art pieces using innovative techniques.  

For ages 13 and up.

tickets are $30 per person/ $25 for HAC members.  The cost includes a paper quilling kit.  Call (573) 221-6546, go to Eventbrite or stop by the HAC at 105 S. Main St.
