Learning Goals: 1. Understand the impact of generational shifts on the workplace and learn how HR can align with the expectations of the emerging Generation Z. 2. Explore the concept of People Experience Departments and their role in prioritizing employee development. 4. Bio: Meet Lauren Patel, an accomplished Leader and Trainer at AAIM Employers' Association. With a rich background spanning leadership, sales, marketing, HR, and training, Lauren brings a unique blend of skills to each interaction. Embracing the idea that every position benefits from selling skills, she serves on AAIM's Executive Team and leads the HR Advisor Team, supporting those guiding employers through HR challenges to achieve organizational goals. Beyond her leadership role, Lauren facilitates engaging training sessions on sales, communication, time management, AI and more. A graduate of Lindenwood University, Lauren's passions extend to music, crafting, exploring the STL food scene, and enjoying time with her son.
