The Marion County Health and Wellness Coalition will be holding its second annual Rise and Shine event at Central Park in Hannibal along with the Farmers Market. Various organizations will have informational booths and games for kids and families to enjoy. The vision of the Marion County Health and Wellness Coalition is to create a community where all individuals have access to the tools and resources needed to be the healthiest version of themselves.
