Mushroom Scavenger Hunt in Riverview Park, 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8. Spring is the time for morels but autumn rains bring out a variety of mushrooms many of which are edible like Hen of the Woods. Searching for mushrooms is always a sort of scavenger hunt. Meet at the parking lot at the entrance of Riverview Park and we’ll see what we can find in the woods of Riverview Park as we explore the new Eagle Scout trail.
