Event Description:
Hannibal Parks & Recreation is partnering with Hannibal- LaGrange University for the first Kite Festival Participants are encouraged to bring their own kites or make a kite with the help of recreation management students Kite assembly (supplies provided), will take place from 2-3PM in the Mabee Sports Complex Kite flying will take place at the Blackwell Soccer Field from 3-4PM For more information contact Shelby.Miller.13@student.hlg.edu
