The Chamber Benefit Plan is a health insurance option designed for eligible Missouri small businesses. It uses a multiple employer welfare arrangement model, allowing participating employers to join together in a larger, self-funded pool and share overall claims risk.
The team from First State Insurance Agency will lead the presentation, explain how the program works and answer questions about eligibility, plan options, networks and the quote process, the coverage, and more.
Eligible businesses must:
• Have 2–50 eligible employees enrolled in the medical plan
• Be based in Missouri
• Be in good standing with a participating chamber

In our region, medical coverage is available through Anthem using the Blue Access, Blue Access Choice and Blue Preferred networks. Dental and Blue View Vision options are also available through Anthem.
Even if you are not currently offering insurance as a benefit, or not considering a change - or currently utilizing the Chamber Benefit Plan - this is a valuable opportunity to learn about an option available through your Chamber membership and ask questions directly to insurance professionals.
