September 22 - October 20 (5 week Session)
Intro to Acting
Ages 7-11
Saturdays @ 9:30-10:30am
Intro to Singing
Ages 7-11
Saturdays @ 10:30-11:30am
Both classes will focus on the foundations of acting and singing. This includes how to use the voice properly, diction, projection, position and moving on stage, and working as a group. This will be accomplished using theater games and exercises, improv, and short songs. The skills developed in this class are essential for any future singing and acting endeavors.
$49 for one class, $89 for both
Stage Combat
Ages 12-17
Saturdays @ 11:30am-12:30pm
Get ready to fight! In this class, we will focus on making physical fights appear real on stage. We will learn different and SAFE techniques for weapon combat and also hand to hand combat. Students will also team up and create their own stage combat scene with all the techniques that they learn Make sure to wear comfortable clothes!
Script Analysis
Ages 12-17
Saturdays @ 12:30-1:30pm
Whether you are an actor, director, or a part of a production team, you need to know how to analyze a script. Each week, we will focus on a new play and break it down.
