Event Description:
The annual enrollment for the Affordable Healthcare through the federal marketplace is now open. Families and Communities Together (FACT) has Certified Application Counselors available to assist the community at no charge. The Missouri Foundation for Health has graciously supplied a grant which allows our office to assist the public with their healthcare needs.
