It's time again for the HHMC Annual Meeting! Enjoy social time and dinner with your fellow downtown merchants as we review the past year and look forward to 2020. The Historic Hannibal Marketing Council is a non-profit organization that works, to preserve and protect the historic character of the traditional downtown, works to beautify the streetscape of the traditional downtown., fosters cooperation among members and between the HHMC and other community stakeholders, and provides a unified voice for members on larger issues which impact the economic well-being of members.
